Some have asked for updates on mission trip progress. Here goes:
The airfare is priced and insurance for travel hotel room for layover and my heart is all aflutter! My son spent his $$$ buying me new shoes, I’ll be leaving mine behind without any blues! So far, 3 sets of scrubs from thrift store Required blue and green to donate. Three more sets to find Then all will be great! A wheelchair is located for hospital need. We’ll drive to pick up and be ready to proceed! The arrival of Stethoscope, feta-scope, and blood pressure cuff, It time to play with all this new stuff! Educational VHS tapes are on their way here. Donated by generous ladies for midwife instructor to cheer! The nurses in Uganda could really use some donated watches that work well, too. They need to time those contractions. without postpartum blues! The gathering of towels and baby things is growing. Soon 50 pounds of supplies for hospital and moms, I will be a’stowing.
